Today, we are the only listed company in India engaged in casino gaming, with over 2,000 live gaming positions and state-of-the-art offshore and onshore casinos. We have a presence across Goa and Sikkim and in Online skill gaming. Our offshore casino Deltin Royale, in Goa, is currently India's largest offshore gaming vessel. Deltin JAQK and Kings casino are two other offshore gaming vessels. We also operate an electronic onshore casino at our hotel Deltin Suites in Goa.

We own and operate a live gaming casino in Gangtok, Sikkim, at Hotel Welcome Heritage Denzong Regency, which is displaying good year-on-year performance. It will provide a fillip to tourism and enable Sikkim's gaming market to grow at an even faster pace.

Among our other casinos, The Deltin, a luxury hotel in Daman, continues to be "casino ready" as we await Government approval. Its proposed casino is spread across a sprawling 60,000 sq. ft. of space. Once the casino becomes operational, it will boost tourism in Daman, with the presence of an integrated resort offering gaming, entertainment, luxury, and hospitality.

The anticipated land policy of the Goa government is still on the anvil. Once this materializes, it will lead to the creation of gaming zones and will formalize the industry. Being a leader in the segment in the Goa market, we are well positioned to benefit from this significant change.

Our focus on Online gaming stays, and we continue to enjoy being a market leader. Our gaming portal Adda52 is today India's leading skill-based poker website in the online space. Goa:

Delta Corp owns and operates three offshore casinos in Goa out of a total of six offshore casino licenses and also one land-based casino. The total number of gaming positions in Goa is about 1,600. A brief description of these casinos is as follows:

Deltin Royale, Goa: The Flagship Destination with five operational decks, Deltin Royale is Asia's largest offshore gaming vessel and a premium casino that attracts the most affluent segment of players in the market. It offers 970 gaming positions spread across 65,000 sq. ft. comprising 120 gaming tables, 4 VVIP gaming rooms, and over 60 slot machines. It has India's largest dedicated poker room - Royale Poker Room. It has world-class dining and entertainment spread across 10,000 sq. ft. The first-ever World Poker Tournament organized in India was proudly hosted at Deltin Royale.

Deltin JAQK, Goa: Operational since 2008, Deltin JAQK, with four decks, is a Comprehensive entertainment destination that caters primarily to the value-oriented segment. It is spread across 40,000 sq. ft. and has a separate VIP gaming area, and offers 430 gaming positions, comprising over 50 live gaming tables and 15 slot machines. It provides entertainment for the entire family, with a dedicated playroom and a crèche for toddlers. The casino is also equipped with an aquabar and two VIP suites.

Kings Casino, Goa (earlier known as Deltin Caravela): India's first offshore gaming casino, re-launched in 2016. Kings Casino is a high-end gaming destination with over 217 gaming positions, more than 32 live gaming tables, and over 10 games, spread across 25,000 sq. ft.

Deltin Suites Casino: We commenced operations of our first land-based casino at Deltin Suites, our five-star property in Goa in December 2015. This marked our entry into the onshore gaming space helping us expand our imprint beyond the offshore space. The casino offers over 59 gaming positions with a dedicated gaming area of 1,000 sq. ft. Located 5 minutes from Candolim beach and known for its intimate and stylish ambiance.

Sikkim, Daman, and Online:

Deltin Denzong Casino, Sikkim: To expand the gaming footprint to other regions, we partnered with Hotel Welcome Heritage Denzong Regency to set up a casino in Sikkim and Commenced Operations in January 2019. The casino, which services the eastern region of India, offers over 206 gaming positions. It is spread across 15,000 sq. ft. gaming area and has a separate VIP gaming area. Sikkim is the only Indian state, in addition to Goa, to permit casino gaming.

The Deltin Daman Casino: In March 2014, we launched The Deltin, Daman, India's largest integrated casino resort. It is a five-star hotel with 176 rooms and banqueting facilities, ideally located to attract guests from Maharashtra and Gujarat. Currently, we are awaiting the gaming license for the same, pursuant to which we believe we will be in a position to provide a complete gaming and family entertainment experience at this hotel. The casino, when operational, is proposed to be spread over approximately 60,000 sq. ft. and is expected to have in excess of 1200 gaming positions. We anticipate that upon commencement of casino operations, The Deltin will be the only integrated casino resort of its size in India.

Hospitality:

Gaming and hospitality go hand-in-hand. Both are mutually inclusive and reciprocating businesses, each driving the other. In fact, gaming and hospitality globally form an unbeatable holistic experience that attracts not only serious gamers but also tourists and families.

Delta Corp had realized the synergistic advantage of gaming and hospitality right from the beginning; therefore, hospitality has always been an integral part of the growth strategy.

Delta Corp currently owns one hotel each in Goa and Daman. Additionally, Delta Corp has a substantial stake in the holding company of Ramada Caravela Beach Resort, with no operational interest or management control.

DELTIN SUITES, Goa is a 106-room, five-star hotel with an in-house casino located in Nerul in north Goa. Deltin Suites are equipped with all modern amenities and recreational facilities, including two restaurants, a lounge bar, spa, gym, and swimming pool. The property is a 5 to 10-minute drive from the popular Candolim and Calangute beaches and is close to boarding points for Delta Corp's offshore casinos.

THE DELTIN, Daman is a 176-room five-star integrated resort with a proposed casino located in Daman, India. The Deltin is the largest integrated resort in Daman, spread over 10 acres with approximately 300,000 sq. ft. of developed area. This hotel offers the largest banquet facility in the area with 3 bars, 4 specialty restaurants, 29,000 sq. ft. of indoor event (MICE space), and 8,000 sq. ft. high-end retail space. It also has facilities including a spa, salon, gym, and swimming pool.
