Mr. Ashish Kapadia holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and has a proven record of establishing and scaling enterprises across diverse sectors, including paints, textiles, financial services, and civil aviation. Since April 2009, Mr. Kapadia has been the Managing Director of Delta Corp Limited, playing a pivotal role in the company's remarkable growth. Additionally, he serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Raymond Limited. With his strong business acumen and exceptional leadership, Mr. Kapadia continues to drive success and innovation in the gaming industry and other sectors he has been venturing into.

Mr. Anil Malani
(President and Chief Financial Officer)

Mr. Anil Malani has vast experience across a wide variety of industries throughout the course of his 35-plus-year career, from the hospitality and entertainment industries to IT, consumer electronics, office automation and renewable energy.

He has led Delta Corp Limited from the front as its 'President - Operations' for the past 14 years and has been in charge of the group's casino and hospitality businesses. Mr. Malani and his hand-picked management team have made major contributions to the company's expansion and success in the last decade and have made 'Deltin' a formidable brand in the luxury gaming, entertainment and hospitality sectors in India and Nepal.

Mr. Malani, who holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University, is also a first-generation entrepreneur who founded and managed successful ventures. He was also associated with Esquire Electronics Ltd (Hong Kong), AIMS International Ltd, Amazon Food & Beverages Pvt Ltd and Clover Solar Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Manoj Jain
(Chief Operating Officer)

Manoj has been an integral part of the Delta Corp family since July 2008, holding various significant roles within the organisation, with his journey culminating in his current multifaceted role in the position of Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of Delta Corp's major portfolio of assets, Deltin Casinos & Hotels.

With over two decades of work experience, Manoj's professional journey began during the formative years of Go Airlines, where he made significant contributions to their early expansion within the Indian and overseas markets. On the academic front, he holds an MBA from ICFAI Business School and is a graduate of MDSU, Ajmer.

Ms. Anjali Mody
(President of Projects - Design & Execution)

Ms. Anjali Mody is the President of Projects - Design and Execution at Delta Corp. She graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design, earning her BFA in Industrial Design. Anjali got involved in the Projects team of Delta Corp in 2018, overseeing the design of gaming vessels and hotel properties. With a philosophy centred on blending necessity with imagination, she has played a key role in several positive developments at Delta Corp.

Under her leadership, the company underwent a creative rebranding, leading to the establishment of 'Deltin' as the guest-facing brand. She also led the interior overhaul of The Deltin, Daman, and successfully revamped Deltin Suites interiors, resulting in increased revenue. Currently, Anjali is leading the design team for a new ship under construction at the company's shipyard. Additionally, she is spearheading the ambitious Deltin Town project, an integrated resort in Goa. Furthermore, she played a significant role in streamlining the entire process of design development and cost-saving by building an in-house factory in Goa to support any/all production requirements.

Apart from her day job, Anjali is actively involved in animal activism and supports animal shelters and rescue efforts. Her expertise, innovative mindset, and dedication to her passions have made her one of the most influential designers in the Indian landscape, as recognized in Elle Decor, Architectural Digest, and Casa Vogue.
